Beim Diamond Workshop SBDD XXIV in Hasselt, Belgien, vom 13. bis 15. März 2019 konnte Nicole Raatz, Doktorandin am Felix-Bloch-Institut für Festkörperphysik, den "Diamond Poster Award" in der Kategorie "Best Student Poster" für ihr Poster "Channelling and scattering effects for high spacial resolution single ion implantation" in Empfang nehmen.
